The seamer is one of the most important machines in your production facility. It is the heart of the line, since a stoppage or breakdown of this important machine can translate into a significant loss of revenue.
We can take your machine, perform a full rebuild, and bring it back to its original condition; just like when you purchased it from the OEM. Our expertise in rebuilding seamers gives us the confidence to provide you with a one year parts warranty. This is unmatched by any other rebuilding service in the industry. But just don't take our word. Ask us for a list of references of satisfied customers who can give you first hand testimony.
Our seamer rebuild process consists of five major steps described below:
1
The first step in our rebuild process is to fully dismantle the seamer and carefully inspect all internal parts (such as gears, etc.). These parts are analyzed for wear and tear, and any item that appears to be in questionable condition is replaced. The same process is repeated for all external parts and components (castings, filler drives etc.). Every old seal, O-ring, bearing and other commercial part is disposed and replaced with a new part.
2
We then take all major casting parts and put it in a caustic bath. Then they are pressure washed and sand blasted to remove all old paint, grease, and other foreign objects. All cavities are filled & sealed and the castings are sent to our paint booth. There they are painted with a coat of primer and a coat of rust inhibitor.

3
In this third step, we stage all of the parts and begin the assembly process. After the machine is completely assembled, we again send it to our paint booth to paint all parts that will not be accessible. We then assemble the remaining components (infeed table, dog chains, pulleys, motor, etc.).
4
The unit is then sent one final time to the paint booth, where it is painted with the color you have specified. We then add any optional equipment you've ordered (stainless steel safety enclosure, control panel, etc.)

In the fifth and final step, the unit is fully tested to make sure that the unit will work perfectly upon the arrival to your plant.
