High Capacity DicerMMC dicers are ideally designed to produce strips and squares from the original product. These models cut utilizing a wide selection of speeds and knife styles and give excellent results on a variety of products such as fresh or cooked vegetables, peppers, asparagus, parsley, leek, cooked and boned poultry, cooked or raw beef, fish, and frozen specialties. The unit features high production, high quality cutting, easy clean up, and maintenance. Operating PrincipleThe product is fed to a high speed conveyor belt which carries it to the cutting parts. The first cut is produced by circular knives and the second cut by crosscut knives. Food product maximum thickness is 22 mm (0.88"). The unit features Stainless steel construction and sanitary design. MMC 150 and MMC 240 models are available for different production capacities.
